Q: Are your Microsoft keys legal and genuine?

Q: Why are your prices so much lower than Microsoft’s website?
A: We sell digital‑only licenses (no boxes, discs or retail packaging) and operate online‑only with low overheads. We also buy in volume and pass those savings on to you, so you’re not paying full retail markup.

Q: Will my key stop working or get revoked later?
A: Once activated on the correct device and edition, your license will remain active under normal use. In the rare case of an activation issue or deactivation, our support team will help troubleshoot and, if needed, provide a replacement or refund according to our guarantee.

Q: Do I still get official updates and security patches from Microsoft?
A: Yes. After activation you can use Windows Update / Office Update as normal to receive all eligible feature and security updates directly from Microsoft.

Q: Is this a one‑time purchase or a subscription?
A: This product is a one‑time purchase license for one device, not a monthly subscription. You pay once and can use the software for the lifetime of that device, subject to Microsoft’s product lifecycle and support policy.

Q: How and when will I receive my key?
A: As soon as your payment is completed, your product key and download/installation instructions are sent to your email within a few minutes. No physical shipment is required.

Q: What if I reinstall Windows or change my hardware?
A: In many cases you can reactivate using your existing key on the same device. If you run into any activation problems after a reinstall or hardware change, contact our support and we’ll assist you step‑by‑step.

Q: What if my key doesn’t work?
A: If your key fails to activate and you’ve followed our installation instructions, simply reach out to us. We’ll verify the issue and either provide a working replacement key or issue a refund in line with our refund policy.
